How long do I have to return my order?
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return any unwanted items.
To be eligible for a full refund, returned items must be unworn, unused and in the same condition in which you received them, including all original packaging. If an item is returned damaged, worn or in unsuitable condition, we will not be able to process the refund. All returns are carefully inspected upon arrival. Do you offer free returns?
We are currently unable to provide free return labels. Returned orders remain your responsibility until they reach our facility, so we strongly recommend obtaining proof of postage from your chosen courier to ensure your return is tracked and traceable.
For UK and US customers, there is no upfront cost when returning using the generated label/QR code; however, an admin fee of £3/$8.50 will be deducted from your refund.
When will I receive my refund?
Refund timings depend on how long it takes for returned items to reach us and be processed by our team.
We issue refunds to the original payment method used at the time of purchase only.
Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to appear in your account, although it often happens much sooner.
Can I combine multiple returns?
No, each return must be registered and sent separately. Combining multiple returns in one parcel may delay the processing of your refund, so please make sure each return is packed individually.
Remember to keep proof of postage for every return.
If your return is lost in transit and you are unable to provide proof of postage, we will not be able to process your refund. However, if you can provide a valid tracking number or shipping receipt, we will offer you store credit for the return.
